monica: i know. it’s scary at night. you wake up and everyone you love is gone… i get it: this is a scary, scary place… it’s the world we have. but you don’t need to worry, baby—not one bit. because mommy is always going to be here. no bad dreams, no bad guys, no anyone is every going to keep me away. and i know there are bad people out there… i do… but if someone was to try—to ever try to take you away—or even try to hurt you… we’d stop them. yes, we would… and you wouldn’t have to worry about them ever again. because mommy and daddy would shoot them in the face with an uzi. sweet dreams.
